Finally, the much anticipated PS4 is here, and this is no longer a preview. The PS4 is finally in our world. Sony’s shiny new $400 PS4 just hit the shelves on Friday, and what has it got?

The sad part of the launch of this PS4 is that it does not allow gamers to play PS3 games on the PS4, saddening news for many that do not want to spend around $60 updating their collections. However, a glimpse of hope appears for owners of very recent PS3 games. For $10 they can download updates to these titles on the PS4 that require the PS3 disk to run. Last Friday over 1 million PS4s were sold, according to a report. There is no doubt that before the end of this week, we have going to have a lot of high digits.
It is understandable that many gamers are still having one or two issues accessing and making use of the PS4, and Sony has not been shy from apologizing and working on these problems. On the positive, Gamers can now go public thanks to Sony’s innovation.
