Job description: FIELD ACQUISITON

• Sales focused role centering on the acquisition of retailers in Nigeria for Kaymu marketplace
• Development of a sales strategy focused on strategic locations within in Lagos
• Clear communication and understanding of the value proposition of selling online
• Strong communication skills, confident disposition high energy and charismatic
• Religious focus on the importance of best-in-class Customer Service
• Collaboration with the wider Sales Team, working closely with Management
• Management and development of a retailer acquisition tool and updating and maintaining acquisition reports
• Collaboration with the wider Sales Team, working closely with Acquisition
• Responsible for developing acquisition strategy and maintaining acquisition trackers

Profile requirements

• Entrepreneurial mentality
• 2+ years sales experience preferable
• Strong communication skills and confident disposition
• Hungry for success, high energy and charismatic
• Team Player
• Proficiency in use of MS Office tools (especially excel)
• Understanding of ecommerce
• Knowledge of Retail in Nigeria preferred
