Job description: Order Management

You will ultimately be responsible to manage sales/orders. Working in a fast paced environment the successful candidate must have the ability to proactively improve all aspects of customer service both internally and externally. You will be involved in building relationships, driving best practices with the objective of ensuring timely delivery of shipment to replenish at the optimal level of inventory for our sellers.

Job Description:

•Entering and processing orders. Perform issue resolution to ensure timely and accurate transaction completion
•Provide relevant, satisfying experiences that strengthen business relationships with our buyer and sellers. Undertaking proactive communication to internal customers / partners on order status and products.
•Ensure sharing of best practice among the team to drive efficiency
•Apply analysis, planning, and insight to continuously improve the speed and quality of our work
•Manage backlog of pending orders
•Remain knowledgeable of buyers and sellers performance, product line and service offerings
•Accountable for appropriate knowledge and use of our company systems / databases



Profile Requirements

• Experience in a customer/sales support role ( Not Mandatory)
• Good analytical skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to customer service and teamwork
• Accurate data entry with an eye for detail
• Display an enthusiastic and professional approach
• Exceptional Communication
• Effective time management
• Weekend support can be required
