one of d tinz i figured out is dat; in democracy, power flows from the people to the leaders but its otherwise in church leadership. - a democratic leadership gives room for members to take more participative role in decision making bt its otherwise in church leadership. For example, if u ar RCCG member, u shuld b conversant dat dey move dier pastors without d consent of the members of d church. The church members have no say mayb d pastor shuld stay or not. And again, i figured out that our pastors are not subjected to accountability. If u criticize dem or request 2 knw abt d financials of d church, dey'll threaten u wit Holy Ghost fire... . . . Dose are d tins i figured out.... |
