Can anyone advise on how to turn ones extra car into an asset,generating income?

I think the only was a car can be an asset is if it is over a certain age, and if you can break up the parts and sell individually.

Otherwise, for an item that needs to be constantly fuelled to run, and constantly maintained, there's no way this can be an asset. The more use use it for business, the more money you have to put in..

the car type, your location and personality are some information that will enable you take decision.
car hire business is triving if you attach them to airports, big hotels etc but not all cars are suitable for this purpose
in some state you can change your car colour to commercial taxi if your personality can manage that business but in lagos they have to be brand new to be taxis.
