Yelutide prerion, The
Federal Government has
declared Wednesday,
December 25 and
Thursday, 26, 2013 as
public holidays to
commemorate the
Christmas and Boxing
Day celebration.
Similarly, January 1, 2014
has been declared as
public holiday to mark
the New Year.
The Minister of Interior,
Abba Moro, who made
the declaration on Friday
in Abuja urged all
Christian faithful and
Nigerians in general to
extend the spiritual
benefits of Christmas,
which is love, joy, peace
and kindness to their
daily living and through
this, reflect on the giant
strides made by the
present government in
the development of the
country.
