Good day phone geeks and "gurus"
I happen to come across a guy who is willing to sell me his FAIRLY USED Samsung S4 for a ridiculous price of 20,000 Naira (I can still beat the price further down). Immediately, I was interested but on second thought I asked him the reason why he wants to sell such a good phone at that price, and he told me he's selling because the screen got damaged.
I saw the phone and although the screen has cracked, the touch screen was still functioning perfectly.
I operated the phone for some minutes and discovered the Android version read 4.2.2 Jelly bean, buh im still suspicious because the interface looked like that of a ginger bread OS.
So the question is: should I buy it?
I understand that Samsung S4 is a new phone buh dis very one looked like it has been in use since last year. Moreso, you have to cut your simcard before using it with the phone. This all got me terribly suspicious......
I'd appreciate any help from you guys!
