Business is business. On why he didn't locate the mall in anambra. His business must have done their feasibility studies and concluded that Abuja is the best location.

All we need is a proof he built the mall with anambra money and he's as good as in jail. Cos anambra has a lot of political gladiators who wanna do away with Obi.
