I need a 3 or 4 bedroom flat to buy at ikorodu-preferably itamaga area. Im okay if the building is 80% completed. But should have been roofed, windows and doors. No plumbing, tiling or electrical works required. Building is needed for possible use as a school. should be located in a populated area. I'll be following up on this thread.
