That huge allocation is part of preparation for 2015 election. The creek militants and PDP touts will be so funded this year to prepare the ground for GEJ 2015 ambition.

GEJ is allocating huge amount for ex-militants well being - Tonpolo (a billionaire militant) will also collect from this money. Now, what about the needs of the average niger delta man? Is Niger Delta struggle all about giving free money to whoever says he is a militant? Then very soon, everybody in Niger Delta and elsewhere will become a militant.
