With the S4 you get a higher res screen, better processor and higher ram (I think). But trust me, the difference between a 1080p video being watched on the two is not that much, there is not a single app that exists that requires up to 1gb of ram so ur 2gb ram on the xperia is more than enough. And we re yet to see what actual benefits a quad core has over a dual core when the two handles all that u can throw at them without lags. At best, the quad core will be milliseconds faster but u have to be a computer to notice that.
