Sony xperia Z ultra
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is the middle sibling between the Xperia Tablet Z and the Xperia Z1 with
its big (even by phablet standards) 6.4″ screen.
Combine that with a powerful Snapdragon 800
chipset and an extra slim 6.5mm body and you get
one monster of a device, but also a bit of a battery
nightmare. Still, the Z Ultra packs a 3,050mAh battery, which is
quite a feat – all that at a respectable thinness.

Sony xperia C
Now that we are through with our Sony Xperia C
review, we took our time to detail its battery test
routine. The Xperia C runs on a low-powered quad-core Cortex-A7 processor and relies on a 2,390mAh
battery unit. Even though it has a big screen to
light up, we still expected some good scores because
of its efficient chipset and relatively low resolution.
And we weren’t disappointed.

Samsung galaxy ace 3
The Galaxy Ace 3 comes in as the most recent member of Samsung’s budget Ace lineup, bringing
dual-SIM connectivity and a 4-inch screen to the
entry level. Our dual-SIM variant of the Galaxy Ace 3 features
a 1,500 mAh battery, which is the same capacity as
its non dual-SIM predecessor, the Galaxy Ace 2.
Let’s see if the updated Jelly Bean build is able to
compensate for the extra power required by the
additional SIM card.

Blackberry Z30
Being the latest BlackBerry smartphone amidst
the company’s troublesome times is a daunting task
and the Canadians are placing high bets on Z30. We
already did our review of the business 5-incher and concluded that it packs a strong feature set, but
now we’ll find out if the phone’s battery life will
follow suit. Packing a display of 5 inches brings some a number
of benefits to the smartphone, one of them being
the ability to carry a larger 2880 mAh battery.

HTC one max
HTC One Max is powered by a massive 3,300mAh battery that in theory should give you enough juice
for 24 days of standby or a whole day of 3G talks. Those are some impressive stats indeed, but we are
now about to test if they translate to actually great
real-life performance. The wait is over, all the tests
are run and the results are in.

Apple iphone 5s
The tech season is as heated as it gets and with our
Apple iPhone 5s review now served, it’s time to turn
our heads to the battery life of Apple’s latest
smartphone. On the outside, not much has changed
compared to the iPhone 5, but on the inside there’s
an all new A7 64-bit processor as well as a slightly larger battery – 1,560 mAh compared to the
iPhone 5 1,440mAh. We are yet to see how those affect real live
performance, and how they perform under iOS 7,
which is said to be as power-efficient as possible.

Samsung galaxy note 3
The latest BIG thing from Samsung is already here.
We are done with our in-depth review of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and the battery torture test has completed, too. Samsung made sure the beast
has enough juice to last for quite a bit, supplying a
huge 3200mAh battery. The Galaxy Note 3 features a supposedly very
efficient 5.7″ Super AMOLED screen of 1080p
resolution and runs on the fastest chipset available
– the Snapdragon 800. Android 4.3 is charge of
operation, though Samsung’s customizations run
deep and the TouchWiz goodies are all over the place.

Iphone 5c
Our review of the colorful Apple iPhone 5c is now live. We also put the iPhone 5c through our battery
tests routine and it produced some interesting
scores. Even though the iPhone 5c battery rating turned
out pretty much the same as the iPhone 5, there
are some differences in the individual parts that
have to be pointed out.

You have not included the Lenovo P780 in your write-up. The Lenovo P780 runs on Jelly Beans, quad-core, 5' screen, metal framed body, Android operating system with Lenovo twist user interface, usb on the go (you can use the lenovo P780 to charge another android device) amongst other things and it also packs a punch, with its 4000mah battery capacity !!!!
