Good work but I found sme flaws:

You counted the Ukrainian league, but didn't count the Portuguese league, which is currently ranked 5th in Europe. Also the list was arbitrarily cut at the Turkish league (11th according to FIFA). Lets stick with the top 15 leagues (add the Swiss, Austrain, Czech and Greek leagues). Also some players are missing, including the topscorer from Africa (even though Imoh Ezekiel from the same league appears on the list), Also a bunch of 5+ goal players do not feature on your list (because they have less recognisable names or play for lesser clubs?):

Hamdi Harbaoui (Lokeren, Belgium, Tunisia) - 12 goals
Sadio Mane (Red Bull Salzburg, Austria, Senegal) - 9 goals
Mouhamadou Habib Habibou (Zulte Waregem, Belgium, Central African Republic) - 9 goals
Francis Litsingi (FK Teplice, Czech Rep., Congo) - 9 goals
Yannick Boli (Zorya, Ukraine, Ivory Coast) - 8 goals
Heldon (Maritimo, Portugal, Cape Verde) - 8 goals
Omar Niasse (Akhisarspor, Turkey, Senegal) - 8 goals
Ibrahima Balde (FC Kuban, Russia, Senegal) - 7 goals
Lamine Diarra (Antalyaspor, Turkey, Senegal) - 7 goals
Ahmed Musa (CSKA Moscor, Nigeria) - 5 goals
Rachid Bourabia (Lierse, Belgium, Morocco) - 5 goals
Elimane Coulibaly (Kortrijk, Belgium, Senegal) - 5 goals
Evariste Ngolok (OH Leuven, Belgium, Cameroon) - 5 goals
Henri Camara (Panaitholikos, Greece, Senegal) - 5 goals
Foued Kadir (Rennes, Algeria) - 5 goals
Prince Oniangue (Congo, Stade Reims) - 5 goals
Mustapha Yatabare (Guingamp, Mali) - 5 goals
Younes Belhanda (Dynamo Kyiv, Morocco) - 5 goals
Abdou Razack Traore (Gaziantep, Turkey, Burkina Faso) - 5 goals

Good observations.
Actually while compiling d list,i used the top 12 leagues in europe.
(Spain-Greece).
I considered leagues from 13th and below as "obscure".
I used score-boards of the top 12 leagues. Then confirmed the african players stats from soccerway.com.
My mistakes were identifying some of the africans in the scorers charts of some of those leagues(
Kinda hard to identify all d africans without making mistakes).
Would modify immediately with your list above.
Concerning players with same no. Of goals i considered amount of games/minutes played, then assists.
Thats why Some players with 5 goals aren't on d chart.
Those that have played lesser games/minutes are ranked above the rest wit d same goals.

And its a "TOP 20 CHART".

Made some modifications.
But i left out some players u listed above though becos of their teams.
From the 7th to 12th league, players that play for teams that are not in d top 5 of those leagues were left out.
