compliments of the season to you all. please I discovered that whenever I bake cake it doesn't last. it gets slimy say on the second day after production. I believe my cakes are good cept for that clause. please help!!!!!!

Hmm slimy the second day that's serious o. Well what I think is wrong is u probably did not allow the cake †✽ cool properly before decorating.
Or ur cake wasn't well baked as in its not cooked. †✽ check if u cake is totaly baked,always use a tester,if u don't have use a clean knife †✽ check. If cake is baked,it shouldn't stick †✽ ur tester. Easy on milk
Then always sterilise ur cake board,use edible spirit or alcohol †✽ clean ur cake board before putting ur cake on them.
Then always use the best of ingredient.
I don't use preservatives on my cakes n they stay at room temperature for like 7days and when well freezed can stay for months.

I'll suggest u write out the recipes and quantity as well as the procedure u use so we can see what u re mixing.
