PLEASE MY FRIENDS I WANT YOU ALL TO ANALYZE THESE TWO STATEMENT AND SAY WHICH IS CORRECT.
"GUESS HOW OLD SHE IS?" AND "GUESS HOW OLD IS SHE?"

Guess how old she is? The other question would only be correct if you said "How old is she?"

"Guess how old she is" shouldn't have a question mark.

Both are correct depending on the voice tone and punctuation marks. You either say "Guess how old she is" as a statement or Guess, how old is she?"
The comma in the second indicates a pause and so a change in intonation and stress. Stress will be on the word "Guess" in the second one. And yes, like Mactao said, the first will not have a question mark, it's just a statement, the second will have a pause after "Guess" and a question mark. That leads you on how to intone the two sentences.
