on a retainership plus commission basis.

Duties:
1. Sell our backup power solutions
2. Sell our internet services
3. Sell our MS services (Management Systems)
4. Sell other services that may be added from time to time

Conditions:
Payment
1. 20000 per month
2. 3000 phone credit
3. Company issued visafone
4. 5k sign on bonus

Performance
1. Minimum of 2 backup installations per month
2. Termination if targets not met in 2 months
3. Additional payment for exceeding target:% of sales
4. Upward review of remuneration after 3 months of meeting targets
