Hello Nairalanders, Please I want u guyz to help me on this issue. It frustrates me when I see myself in the mirror how Fat i am, my wrists are big and thick. In fact, in one word "faty-bom-bom". People jokingly make fun of me and it really pisses me off. I am 22 years old, about 170 cm (5.6" tall, and 96kg weight. I want to loose more weight, please, what do i do? |

Exercise my dear stop taking sugar,too much carbohydrate and fats. Drink more water. (burn more calories than u take) |

Hit the gym,eat right,and avoid eating late at night,get a skipping rope at least 200skips per day. |
