" If i see far than those who surounded me, i must have stand on the shoulder of those who have gone ahead of me" I have done my documentatn with ICSL to be seconded to Mansard Assurance as a contract staff, 60k base pay plus commisn base on perfomance since it's a sales role, while am waiting to be call on; i got another direct employment with bank and i've resumed already 40k base pay with commisn as well both are Sales job. My questn is, should i later swicth to Mansard when they later call me or continue with bank? Considering the Mansard as a contract staff and bank as direct, considering what future hold workn with Mansard as contract staff and bank as full staff in term of short, medium & long run risk/benefit, i don't want to go astray in making decision; that's why i choose to seek an advice frm those who have gone ahead of me, am saying thank you for ur contributns as am lookn forward to hearing frm you. 4me sha, sinx mansard is an insurance coy while d oda is a bank.. I advice u go 4d mansard sinx even as a contract staff u get 60k. U cud find ur way around later cuz 2me work environment matas too...
