I'm torn b/w these two phones. Got a budget of 80k, am thinking should i go for the Xperia or the S4 and watch the price drop when the S5 is released this year? S4 got the features,but the Z design is awesome. |

Gerrard59: Nexus is anti-memory. Just left gsmarena, S4 whitewashed the Z. Na to when S5 will come out thats my problem Please don't buy any phone based on gsmarena comparisons. They are mostly true but not necessarily to the buyer's gain. Believe me, the S4 isn't all that. The Xperia Z is a better phone. It's not always about specs. |

^^ That's true, after the last update for Z users, most complained of poor camera quality. And sef the S4 would soon get its kit-kat update. Accrd to Slot here in uyo, S4 is 94-95k, na to wait till S5 come out. #Team price must drop, same way S3 came from 83k to its present 64k when S4 was released #  1 Like |

Now let's draw a line between the xperia z /. Nexus 5/s4 Xperia z is one of Sony latest flagship and a sibling to the monster called Sony honami. It spots some very good mouth watering specs. Including water proof, shatter proof and a host of others. But main disadvantages include non removable battery and battery life. And I have heard of the battery drain on this device. I own a shop were we do all sorts of servicing on phones so believe me when I tell u about phones cos I handle this things everyday.. Nexus 5 is Google 's New flagship and addition to the nexus family. It spots some of the latest specs in mobile industry. Snapdragon 800 processor and the idea of getting timely updates. Main disadvantages include non expandable memory and non removable battery. This may sound as a disadvantage to others and an advantage to others., the pure vanilla Android it runs. To me it looks to bare and empty, cos I really wanna see some fanciful additions not just pure Android experience like we have on aosp and aokp projects. S4 is to me the phone of 2013, ones more Samsung showed how to make the Android os bring out its best. S4 comes in varieties from the exynos to the snapdragon and other s based on regions. I will keep my review with the snapdragon version. Main disadvantages includes just the battery life not been enough to power the sp 800 chipset or the octa core version. And some heating reports from some users. Apart from this disadvantages the s4 remains king. Samsung turned the Android os into a little human with some smart and air gesture features which includes smart scroll, pause, stay and others. And the air gestures. And apart from that it comes with support for expandable memory and removable battery which is a big plus. Now make ur choice. For me? S4 all the way 8 Likes |
