It goes further 2 always maintain a postion whereby if a lady bends down I wil be able 2 catch a glimpse of inside d blouse. These are few of many instances dat gives me 'satisfaction'. D more I resolve nt 2 take cognisance of opposite sex around me, d more my affection goes into those regions.

Ironically, I'm married & also a committed member of a pentecostal church. I tell u honestly, I don't watch porn films nor engage in any extra-marital sex.

If you are sincere about changing, then i'll advice u on what helped me.
The best solution is to fast(go without water and food) say frm morning till 6pm, or if u can go 24hrs d better. When u start spend time reading bible passages(start with d ones u knw and can recite). And above all try stay away from things that can turn u on, even if a lady comes to ur front just turn away.
And please pray always pray that God should give u strength to overcome.
Why fasting:
because from expirience, i hv come to discover that fasting breaks, and kills d body(flesh) and gives strength to ur spirit(inner will to do what u really intend to do), so when u feel empty of food inside, and hv enough of ur favourite bible passages surrounding u, my brother, even if a naked woman comes to ur front u'd be too weak to think negatively, but strong enough to be positive(u will even advise her in a Godly way, to ur own amazement!!)

you being honest with urself shows that u really want a change. It is good to know you realise there is a problem and you need Jesus. The main issue here is your heart and what you allow to access it. You KEEP LOOKING...that is the main issue even when the bible tells you to flee. Don't struggle with sexual sin, FLEE! STOP STARING! It is you giving lust the opportunity to be conceived in your heart.
You even maintain a position that makes you see inside her blouse, yet you wonder why you can't stop the lust from forming.
Jesus said he that looks lustfully at a woman has committed sexual sin so what do you do?

1. Look at the Word of God and feed on it. This involves meditation. Shake off these sins that easily beset you and run the race Christ has called you.

2. Make EFFORT by deciding to look away, you obviously are too weak to fight this so don't embarrass yourself.

3. Make a convenant with your eyes. Note that you have A CHOICE. Jesus will not come down from heaven and turn your head to look the other way. He has given you all that pertains to godly living.

4. Love and romance your wife. Love does not bear evil against his wife. Looking at another woman lustfully is keeping evil in your heart against your wife. How would you feel if you think your wife has such thoughts against other men? Personalise this and put yourself at the receiving end.

5. Use the grace God has given you...there is a grace that has mercy and a grace that helps you in your time of need. Use it to make you overcome this. Jesus spoke about those who will overcome that will have access to the tree of life...will you let such things deprive you of living abundantly in Christ?

You cant stop it on your own believe me. Put it in prayer. Tell GOD that this is your problem and He should help you. On your part, try hard to stop thinking about anything lustful. The Bible says-If you see a beautiful female coming from the left, turn the other way. This is to avoid lust. Try and GOD will help you
