There's a piece of land currently in my possession... As at 7yrs ago we discovered there was a lead deposit in it... But there was no connection, no body to help develop it. Late last yr i managed to gather some money and brought a GIS specialist who inspected it and confirmed there was a huge deposit of lead in the land. At present nobody can stand there with unclad foot because of the high temp. of the land. As an undergraduate student of Geography and regional planning... I've also with the little knowledge i have confirmed the presence of the said mineral. Please i need a serious investor that would help develop this land. On the 19th of september last yr i decided to obtain the Certificate Of Occupancy (CofO) from the Ebonyi state Ministry of mineral and solid development of which now guarantees my rightful ownership of the land. What documents have you received from the Fed. Ministry of Mines and Cadastral office?

Have you finalised with community issues, including the youths? Do you have the agreement to show?

Have you done a test for the lead and zinc you have? What's the percentage?

for the GIS report... It stated dat there are more minerals in the said land but also confirmed the huge deposit of lead zinc... I think the specialist can vividly explain wat the report entails. For the CofO. I said i have already obtain it as at the above stated time. For the community youths, thats not a problem because i am also a youth of same community in IZZA. For the federal ministry of lands and cadastral... I'm actually out of cash now
