Job Overview:

To track and report on the progress of the company’s installation projects. The Project Monitoring Officer generates and renders periodic project reports, highlighting project cost, time schedule, issues identification and risk mitigation.


Key Responsibilities:

· Draft and obtain approval for Installation Project plans, including a work plan as well as a scope and approach document
· Manage and monitor Project scope, time, quality and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process
· Manage and co-coordinate sub-contractors and artisans to ensure proper product installation, prevent product damage and assure the 100% working conditions of installed bathroom products prior to project hand-over
· Liaise with in-house and clients’ architects to ensure products are properly installed according to drawing specification
· Generate and circulate Project Exceptions report, highlighting installation policy and procedural violations
Ideal Skills and Qualifications

First Degree BSc in Civil Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 2.2. Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage
2-4 years post NYSC work experience in installation and project management
Proficient with the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
