I don't tink they give out licenses anymore. I know someone dat wants to sell,but do u have d cash? Its quite expensive ma brother.

Buying the license in Lagos might be a bit expensive. You can buy in any state of the federation and transfer the cash pick up point to Lagos. Just walk in to CBN Lagos after the purchase and it will be done. I once bought same in Abuja and transffered to Lagos. All the best.

Security deposit with CBN is N35million, in addition to other documents. Licenses are also not transferable. Go to CBN and find out what it takes to get one.
