Chairman, Senate Committee on
Aviation, Senator Hope Uzodinma,
has predicted that the main
opposition party, the All
Progressives Congress (APC), will
soon disintegrate. The senator
representing Imo West Senatorial
District, who made the prediction
in Owerri, Imo State at the
weekend, stated that the APC was
a contraption of “tribal political
parties and ethnic champions, who
hurriedly came together to form a
coalition that will never stand the
test of time.”
According to him, tribal parties
have never won elections outside
their ethnic areas, adding that the
antecedents of APC leaders are
well known. He noted that their
past electoral victories in their
ethnic enclaves, has never
translated to a national spread
that could give them victory in a
national election.
Senator Uzodinma said it was not
surprising that the only agenda of
the APC has been how to remove
President Goodluck Jonathan from
office, insisting that the newly
formed party was incapable of
coming up with a national
programme for Nigerians because,
according to him, “you can’t give
what you don’t have.”
He remarked: “Have you not
noticed that all the APC has been
doing so far is to talk of how they
will defeat President Jonathan and
to shop around for aggrieved PDP
leaders to enlist in their party, and
to incite other PDP members and
the general public. Have they ever
told you what they want to do for
Nigeria?”
He said that the disintegration of
APC was at hand because they
would never agree on a
presidential standard bearer or
even national leaders of the party.
“I can tell you that if they ever go
to a national convention, that will
be the end of the party because
they will never agree. The leaders
will be coming with their different
tribal and other primordial self-
interest, which they can never
reconcile,” the senator declared.

There is nothing tangible holding that PSEUDO party together as far as I am concerned. . . .
Except THE MOST SELFISH AND DIABOLICAL of interests.
Why should anyone be surprised?

Their only purpose is to frustrate GEJ from a third term agenda.
That is not a good-enough-reason to give them the slightest of recognition.

Amaechi only ran there for his dear life. . . I don't expect him to remain there AFTER HE LEAVES THE GOVERNMENT HOUSE OF RIVERS STATE NIGERIA.

Do we need a prophet to tell us these?

APC is just like the wall of Jericho...They must surely fall down flat..For the real progressive to continue... I pity those politicians defecting to a defective party like APC....Goodluck to all sincere Nigerians.
