Do you know HTML and CSS? if you know that, you can use dreamweaver to make a flexible website as you want. if you don't, you can try to use a CMS builder to do that. The best CMS application in my opinion is WordPress. There are lots of free wordpress themes for you to choose to make it easy to make a website. what's more, there are also lots of free plugins for you to make your website to be the one you wish. |
