2014 farming season is here.
who is interested in partnering? Vegetable (ugu) & pepper are the major crops on each hectre.
150k will execute one hectre with a projected return of 500k.
Farm location is ogun state near lagos.

I would have loved to invest in this but the risk of getting ripped is very high. Distance also isn't in my favor

Crop farming is a good biz. But marketing products is the real job, except there is an already market.

we can visit farm site together anytime you like.
There are tractors, manure & fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, labourers etc for a fee. Also road network within cluster of 3 to 4 hectres exist. You can drive up to the farm.

what quantity of seeds do you want? With Pods you can not predict the no. Of seeds which may not meet your target.

Thanks for your contribution. We sell at farm gate price. Always about half the market price.

Distance should not discourage you. Once in a while visit to see things for yourself is ok.

150k takes care of the cost of growing the crops upto first batch of harvest. Subsequent maintenance (weed & insect control) funding comes from sales before the major harvest.

NOTE: For those that will need pepper ( Tatase, Rodo & Shombo ) seedlings for transplanting around march-april, early booking is advised.
