I need a room safe contained apartment anywhere around VI environs - CMS, Obalende, VI, Ikoyi, Lekki etc. More importantly, brothers and sisters in the house who has free boys quarters should please help. @ poster, I like to think you are a professional somewhere giving valuable services to your clients there. Have you thought of retaining the services of an Estate surveyor & valuer to get you an apartment? Normally, you the prospective tenant will not pay but rather teh landlord pays for securing him a client. Good luck. |

Be ready to live in lagos Island,that is where your budget will find you a place. Though the landlords are always demanding for 3years and 2years. Though i did advise that you look more at Oworonshoki area. That is one sure place where you can still pay a thousand naira per month and there a a few good hearted landlords there. Best wishes.
