Not sure what FRSC / LASMA stand for. But in answer to your query: I wear my seatbelt at all times for my own personal safety. |

Seat belt has been proved to be a life saver, so regardles of the law, please, always buckle up, it cld and has been known to be a big difference between staying alive and dying. |
