First of all, 2002 is surely a new model than that 2001, 2001 was the of the shape stated in 1997, the pix below will show you the difference of the back
Secondly, 4 cylinder is a smaller engine with lesser fuel consumption, the 4 cylinder is surely cheaper to meaintain, as it is cheaper on gas, has 4 plugs compared to the 6 plugs of V6.
The price difference in Nigeria, i am not sure, but i am sure that 2001 will surely be cheaper than the V6, however, please make sure you are comparing a V4 of 2001 to V4 of 2002 and not V6, also there are few things that will determine the prices, such as the mileage on the vehicle and how fairly used they are, but all things being equal, meaning, comparing apple of 2001 to apple of 2002, i will say the difference in price would be between 300K to 500K.

Bros abeg note that there is no V4 engine config for the toyota camry. (there is a V4 engine for my new bike, a Honda Interceptor, but not the Camry) Its an 'In-line 4'
