What are the risks, advantages, and the disadvantages of tubed tyres, tubeless tyres, and "tubeless with tube" tyres?

What are their comparative advantages and disadvantages?

It seems so hard to tell which is better than the other?

Are there still tubed tyres in 2008??

Not sure if tubes still exist.

A tubeless tyre can be driven with a nail or 2, and will lose little air, even over a couple of days.

On the other hand, a tyre running a tube, will go flat pretty quickly, it'll be virtually impossible to drive a long distance before repairs can be carried out.
Tyres running tubes are also harder to balance, and require more weights on the rim to prevent vibration.
