It is a room, toilet and bath, and kitchen. The compound is german floored with fence. The house is @ onipanu but trekkable to Palmgrove and Ilupeju. Its N30 to both Oshodi and Yaba. We have stayed in this nice house for just 3 months but have a sudden transfer. That was after paying for 2 years. It goes for N40,000 per year and we'll take for 2years.
