You can make it two ways. If you want visitors to see the URL the link is pointing to, use this:

<a href="http://oilandgasandbankingjobsnigeria..com/">http://oilandgasandbankingjobsnigeria..com/</a>

But if you want them to see an anchor text that is related to the URL, you can use something like this:

<a href="http://oilandgasandbankingjobsnigeria..com/">Oil and gas banking jobs in Nigeria</a>

In the later case, your visitors would only see "Oil and gas banking jobs in Nigeria", but clicking it would send them to the pointed URL. I hope it helps.
