I have these holes I my hands that gets filled with some whitish growth, I'm able to remove them when my hands are wet, especially after washing clothes. Who knows what they are, any implications or significance?

I said it before ... when Dangote slashed the price to reduce transportation cost .... .smugglers will take advantage and smuggle abroad. This isn't good deterrent ... and one in which the public can benefit directly. Confiscate the ta kers and fuel ... sell the fuel retail to the public at malf price and add the tankers to the FG fleet . Hopefully Customs don't go overboard and be seizing legit tankers ... or holding them to ransom
