First of all what is it showing on the screen when u put the phone on? Is it "enter security code"? Have u used the phone b4, or was it just sent to you? Are you in Benin?
Sorry for the plenty questions, but this is what I must know if I'm gonna do anything.

It just shows the main menu home screen.But i know its locked because i had a 8810 which was locked like that too when i got it.
