Project Concept

This project is the development of 250 acres (1,500 plots) of land for a private estate with site and services which would be sold out in plots to interested members of the public for residential and commercial purposes.
The scheme is located in Mowe-Ofada town on Ofada-papalanto-Sagamu road on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
The Mowe- Ofada community is directly opposite the Redeemed Christian Church of God camp ground.
It is now one of the fastest developing real estate markets in the country. The need for property Investors and Developers to look elsewhere from the saturated Lagos market to a more contiguous location to Lagos is seen as the major reason for the rise in interest in properties in the Mowe – Ofada axis. Bulk purchasers can sell their properties whenever they want or instruct the promoters of the estate to sell on their behalf for a commission.

PURCHASERS of 1-9 Plots stand to buy at =N=550,000 till October 10th 2008 or while stock lasts.

PAYMENT MODE:
10% down payment of =N= 55,000 and =N=33,000 spread over 15 months.

DEVELOPMENT PLANS
The development of the site and services would commence in the first one year of the acquisition of the property.
