What people fail to note is that Igbos will still vote for the right combination even if no part of that combination is Igbo. Buhari has contested with an Igbo man (Okadigbo, I think) as his vice before and Igbos didn't vote for him then.

Some are placed from the decking in form of ceiling fan hooks. But the majority are concrete nails driven into the under decking and tied with binding wire which will be treated to reduce rusting.

Chief please educate me - I have always wondered if hooks to hold pop ceiling are placed before decking is casted or how do they fix what holds the pop ceiling boards under decking ceiling?
