Duties & Responsibilities -

Account Officer Petty Cash Administration i.e checking & evaluation of impress and vouchersPreparation of other specified accounting reports and analysisKeeping of debtors/creditors ledgerReceipt of cash, issuing of receipts and lodgment of cash takings into the bankKeeping of cash bookBank reconciliation (with cash book)Maintenance of company asset registerAdditional office management duties

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of OND in Accounting or a Business related field Prior accounting experience; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); Experience using Peachtree a plus Can do attitude and strong initiative HOW TO APPLY
