I just joined nairaland recently and indeed i love the forum both the bashings and the constructive discussions but I discover too that someone can be addicted to the site that you may not even concentrate in the office or you may spend hours up late into the night. This can be really counterproductive. for those of you already addicted how do you salvage your pitiful condition

You are not alone on this, i see it as a place to come and talk about Nigeria and to share people's view of my Mothers"land"
But, there is a need to balance work and fun.
I do a hard shut down when it is time for me to go to bed, or when i have to concetrate on work.
