Being on this thread isn't part of the criteria to be mobilised for NYSC. It doesn't matter whether you've been active on the thread right from the word go or just came on. If I'm not mistaken, the basic aim of this thread is for us to help each other with valuable information. Claiming to be an "old member" and "knowing your people" doesn't make you any better than a "new member" as far as NYSC is concerned. Dem no dey share money for membership.

no,it was d one 4 ND.,What hapen is dat,wen i got admisiön throug jamb,i used 1988 as my dob bt 4 my hnd i used 1991 wit different state of origin

Good afternoon ladies and gents.. Am so confused right now.. Just went to register for nysc today and on opening my page and my year of birth was increased and that made me 34yrs making me ineligible to serve when am not evn 25.. Went to to nysc office in my school they said they can't do anything about it.. Then I went to jamb office in town and they said I should go to their headqtrs in Abuja and that the waec pin being bought from first bank dt ppl claimed is for the correction of DOB and other ish has nothing to do with nysc.. Am so sad cause I missed batch B and now this crap.. Pls has anybody experienced this issue here?.. I really dunnoo what to do. I ve discontinued the registration for now..

here is a quick question. I have a friend who is 30 this year .he should have served before now but couldn't but wishes. how will he go about it considering the data online states 1984? can he changed to 1986 so he can be eligible or something. pls help cos he said he really wanna serve!

I dnt think it w'd cause any problem. the story was d same in my sch, even my sch id card name (format) is diff frm d one on my call up letter and I went to camp with same fear but at d end of d day, no prob whtsoever
