2. My date of birth was fast-forwarded, instead of 20 June it was 01 June.

And the major one and point of concern is
3. My gender was changed to Male, thus giving me the title Mr.
Please sir, will the gender thing amount to any problem for me? What steps can I take to correct it?

Since ur done with registration, you should forward a mail to info@nysc.gov.ng . Explain to them the way you've done the explanations here. It wont be changed but i assure it wont affect you. God bless you.
