I think you can be posted to any state as long as you are mobilized, but as for redeployment it have to be on marriage, health, Security ground etc, Health : Asthma, sickle cell, etc.

It can be done before posting and as redeployment. Sickle cell patient, asthma, tubercolosis, deformity as well. And u gats lie well well o.
