Lol.. you can snap and print 20passports in a short span of 20mins, dedicate the rest of the day to purchase all your white shorts,shirts and shoes. Another day for the remaining items like buckets, flash light,power bank, provisions,toiletries etc. I applaud your prudence!! M definitely a last minute somebody "call me lazy"

You would get ur callup letter the same time every prospective corp would! Thou via 2 methods
1. Paying P.Corps would get theirs via emails
2. Non-paying P.Corps would get theirs via their schools (CPIs)

For your other question, it's not legally possible to choose where you would be posted to! But with the right connection you can influence it. People here talkn abou where they want 2 be posted to is more or less in the realm of speculation n desire.
