I couldn't give a precise answer Becos she said one of her friend whose mother is one of the cook in kaduna camp told her that camp won't hold next month. Pls does any one knows what's up as per whether or not camp will hold next month.

Except you have something beside ICAN to do in Lagos, it's not necessarily you stay in Lagos to write ICAN. There are ICAN lecture centres in virtually all the 36 states of the federation. I'm very sure there are good ones in Enugu.
