I shipped some items on the 14th of November with Madam Justina after sending me some quotes. Here is the quote as sent to me on whatsapp:

Notice how the shipping & handling charges are missing, but that's not the point.
Today, 7th of December, my goods arrived Lagos and have been 'cleared by customs' according to her. This is without seeing any pictures of the items (in the US residence) purchased as is normally done. This is my 3rd purchase from Madam Justina.

The items purchased are shown in the thread, all small items including this cutting machine

Now, here is where things start to get interesting, she gives me my shipping and handling charge and it is as follows:
shipping $200 + $30 handling charge = $230 x 360 = #82,800

At this point, I think I've been patient enough, aside from paying for shipping that,s almost double the cost of the item. I have to do so without even seeing ANY of the items!
And she claims to be running a business, without customer relations. How can I pay for something I've not seen at all? How do you just decide the weight without informing me prior? How is the so called volumetric weight calcuated?

I've seen a whole car seat (about 9kg/20pounds weight) shipped for $28 dollars only by her and my items that can fit on that same car seat being shipped for $230! This is broad daylight robbery.

Even if you'd be rude (which everyone knows she is) and inconsiderate, send me pictures of my items! it's the normal thing to do!!
