I presume you are using 1nairabet.
After selecting all the 5 games...where you have that accumulator column..click on it and you'll see the options 2/5 is Double, 3/5 is Triple, 4/5 is Fourfold..You can now put a minimum stake and they will show you the max. stake that will do the bet.
