I think the whole world should adopt chinese style birth control measures of one couple,one child,especially in the third world where children are brought into the world for the sake of having sex and giving birth,without plans,ideas or resources to fend for them.

With the dwindling world resources and unpredictabilities,the issue of breeding should become scientific and controlled rather than just gift of nature,The world is like out living itself,no more rooms,so the best thing for us to do is learn to deal with what is available by minimizing our excesses,wasteful productions of all types in the name of latest models and numbers should be frowned at.

This birth control idea will not fly in those numerous areas of Nigeria and Africa where male and female children are bred for deployment into farm labor and child-bride roles respectively.
