yea you can make it.... But its a very long process.... No real lollipop yet

how do you go about flashing the material ++ V3. it flashes but while startingup it get stuck at startup and keep flashing Android

Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Install zip..

Did that many times still get stock at the Android logo. Is there a special recovery I need to flash first? Currently using cwm it should be ghs 02 or something.

You need to re flash jellybean ROM with PC and upgrade to KitKat from within the phone then upgrade further to the one of 221mb
After flashing jellybean back,how do I upgrade to KitKat from within the phone since there is n official ota upgrade in this region
