The shackle (as at 1st March 2013) you see on this page is what is remaining of the much publicized NGWA WOMEN HOSPITAL proudly managed by OCHIAGHA REAGAN UFOMBA. Reagan had published in his various Internet Sites that the dilapidated structure you see is designed to take care of at least one hundred women who are in dire need of medical care especially pregnant women. In further expansion of his lie, he quoted how much billions he votes from his personal income to fund this hospital.
The truth is, this hospital has never functioned for one day. Relatives of pregnant women who rush them to this shackle during emergencies end up losing such women. There is no life in the place. The only thing that has ever functioned is the sign board, although it is also fast dilapidating like the others.
Only recently, Reagan paid NTA over Two Million naira (N2M) to advertise the scholarship he awarded to his kinsmen which value was put at about Five Hundred Thousand naira (N500,000). Reagan wants to be Governor and can do everything to get attention.
You build a hospital that is killing instead of saving lives, just know that God is watching you. You give N500,000 and publicize it with N2,000,000, just know that God is watching you! You failed in managing one hospital but you are aspiring to manage over 256 others when you become Governor, just know that God is watching you! By Frankie James
