Sorry don't have that data quota on Etisalat sir. The least data quota we've got on Etisalat is the 600Mb which sells for N1000.
The 250Mb threshold can be gotten on MTN only.

Our plans are valid for 30Days and 60days depending on the data size you buy. 3Gb and below has a validity of 30days while from 6Gb above is valid for 60Days. For MTN and Etisalat you can check data balance while fir Glo network, you can monitor the data via data usage utility tool on your devices.
