I built it totally from scratch, its suction isn't that strong tho. Here is a list of the parts i used:
1)1 dc motor (got it from my spoilt pc game pad/controller)
2)Cara hair dye (The round container)
3)Hot glue
4)Net
5)18650 Battery
6)18650 Battery holder

I replace the weak fan with a stronger one and the suction was increased. I am unable to make a video for it now. Here is a diagram of the vacuum;
